An Important Update Regarding Our Recent Service Challenges

We are very sorry to write to let you know of a difficult but necessary decision. Due to our recent challenges and issues, we have made the tough call to suspend order acceptance for the foreseeable future.

We understand this decision may cause inconvenience, so we are very sorry. We know you rely on us, and since 2008, we have served over 100,000 happy customers; we are genuinely sorry for any disruption this may cause.

Christmas and New Year Deliveries 2021/22

 

Due to the Christmas and New Year Break, all of our suppliers will cease deliveries between Christmas and the start of the New Year.  Last shipment dates do vary per supplier with some being as early as 17th December.

For Christmas items in particular, we would urge you to place your order as soon as possible in week commencing 13th December, at the latest.

 

Our Customer Services Team will do their best to assist you regarding delivery of your items.
