Price Match Policy
- Oak Furniture House will only offer our Price Promise on the overall basket value including delivery charges and VAT etc.
- We will offer our Price Promise only to customers when we have sufficient information to enable us to authenticate the price ourselves.
- Once we are satisfied with the search we will offer the Price Promise reduction. All Price Promises will be made at our discretion and we can never guarantee a price match.
- The items you are looking to order are in stock, with both us and the competitor
- The competitor’s items are not a sale price or have any hidden charges.
- Auction sites are excluded as well as online marketplaces excluded (Amazon, eBay, OnBuy etc.)
