Polyethene (PE) resin rattan, also known as resin wicker, polyrattan, synthetic resin, is a manmade material, rather than a natural wicker rattan. This is a key benefit for garden furniture because the material does not degrade as quickly as natural wicker. PE Rattan is just one type of synthetic rattan. Other types include PU (polyurethane) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride)
All of our outdoor furniture is fully weatherproof, we recommend keeping any removable cushions indoors when not in use as they are not always weatherproof.
The garden furniture doesn’t need to be sheltered during the winter but we do recommend using a cover to protect the item from leaves/wildlife.
No, our garden furniture does not damage artificial grass.
No special treatment is needed for rattan or metal furniture. However, we recommend cleaning it using warm soapy water if you wish to do so. Wooden garden furniture will need to be treated at least once a year to ensure the wood is kept at its best.
You can use our garden furniture at any time of the year, although you might need a heater in the winter. It is best to get your orders in early in spring so you can make use of it throughout the spring and summer.

No. Whilst the flat weave rattan is the most popular we have wide weave, half rounded and full rounded weave types.
Whilst most of our garden furniture is designed to be kept outside, excluding the cushions, we always recommend covering during the winter months. Removable cushions will need to be stored in a dry place,
The standard warranty on all our furniture is 1 year but some brands do come with up to a 10-year warranty. More info can be found here
Yes, you can return any item within a 28-day grace period. Please read our Terms & Conditions for all information regarding returns.
Selected ranges do have machine washable cushions but it is always worth checking the label on the inside of the cushion cover to be safe.
