Order Online and Collect from our Witney Showroom for Free

Tired of waiting for the delivery man? Our free Click & Collect service lets you pick up your order from our showroom at a time that suits you. Easy to use and free of charge, this service is valid for orders placed online for the items included in our Click and Collect Collection.

How it works

1. Order any item that has the Click & Collect option available on the product information page. We’ll prepare it and have it ready for you to collect within 2 (two) working days.

2. We will get in touch by email or phone call once the item is ready to collect. Please wait until you contact and confirm before coming to pick up as some items may take more time than others.

3. Please reply to our email to agree upon a date and time of your choice for collecting your order.

Items are available for collection 5 days a week within our normal showroom opening times are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

4. Order should be collected on the agreed day and time slot. If you are not able to collect, please contact us 1 day prior to collection day at the latest and we’ll be happy to make alternative arrangements.

When can I pick up my order?

We will get in touch as soon as your order is ready for collection. This regularly takes up to 2 working days after order acceptance, and we recommend you do not come in to pick up your order until you have received our confirmation, as we may still need time preparing it. Following receipt of our "ready to collect" email, you are welcome to come and collect your order from our Warehouse. Make sure to check the hours and your confirmation email before you head out.

Where do I collect my order?

All Click & Collect Items can be collected from our Showroom located in Witney, Units 5B-5C, Tungsten Park, Colletts Way, OX29 0AX.

Who can collect my order?

To prevent fraud, we insist that you collect your order in person. Please make sure that you bring some form of receipt, preferably a printout of your order confirmation email, along with valid ID.

Collection will be available 2 working days after order acceptance.

How long will you hold my item(s) at the store?

We will hold your item(s) for 10 days, beginning from when we send you the email letting you know that your order is ready for collection. Please check the email you provided with your order for the exact expiration date. If you need more time, no problem! Simply get in touch and let us know when you’ll be able to collect your order.

What if I forget to collect?

All Click & Collect orders will be held at our showroom waiting for collection at day and time arranged with our Customer Service team. Failure to do so or to make the necessary arrangements for collections may result in a restocking fee.
